Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, our Stay Fit programme of daily sports activities will encourage you to exercise. The island’s enchanting Mediterranean greenery, the sea that surrounds it and the fresh island air are an added bonus.
Our Stay Fit programme includes:

3 groups of activities: aqua, outdoor, sports tournaments

Low-intensity activities: wake up yoga, active wake up, stretch supreme, stretch to zen, standup paddleboarding (SUP)

Medium-intensity activities: Full Body Workout, Begginer Pilates, Circuit station workout

High-intensity activities: HIIT Cardio Training, Thrill Drill workout
