From 14:00 at the Girandella Valamar Collection Resort Welcome Point
Once you arrive at the Welcome Point, our concierge will provide that your car is taken to the parking area and will direct you to your reception (Family, Designed For Adults, Villas and Maro). Our bellboys will take your luggage directly to your room (provided it is ready) within half an hour. All guests can use our shuttle service (including their luggage) to their rooms with an electric vehicle.

If you'd like to take advantage of our free transport to reception, please inform us at least one day in advance about your departure from the resort so that we can organise your transfer and luggage, and bring your car on time. Our bellboys will collect your luggage and take you to the central reception.
If you're planning to stay in the resort after you've checked out, your luggage will be stored in the luggage room at the central reception; you can pick it up at any time you like. In this case, please let us know approximately when you're planning to leave the resort so that your car is ready and waiting for you in front of reception.
